These Community Guidelines help ensure Thada remains a welcoming space for all drama enthusiasts. They apply to all users and content and interactions on our platform, including reviews, comments, profile information, and any user-generated content.

AI-Assisted Search Disclaimer

Our AI-powered search feature is designed to help you discover content on Thada. Please note: This AI assistant can make mistakes and is not a real person. It should only be used to find and explore short drama content available on our app. Do not rely on it for advice, personal recommendations outside of content discovery, or any other purpose beyond finding dramas to watch.

Privacy and Profile Settings

We respect your privacy and give you control over your Thada experience:

• Profile Privacy: If you wish to protect your privacy, do not use your real name. Choose a username that doesn't reveal your identity.
• Private by Default: Your watchlist, view history, and saved content are private and not visible to other users unless you choose to share them.
• Comment Controls: In your settings, you can block comments on your reviews, unblock users, or manage saved content.
• Reviews and Comments: Your reviews and comments on dramas are public and visible to other users.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

To maintain a safe and welcoming community, the following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on Thada. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or permanent account deactivation.

Hateful Behavior

Thada is committed to fostering an inclusive community. We do not tolerate discrimination, hate speech, or content that mocks, shames, insults, or abuses individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, age, color, caste, national origin, immigration status, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, mental illness, disability, serious medical condition, socioeconomic class, or veteran status.

This includes:

• Promotion or glorification of hate groups or hateful ideologies
• Denial of documented violent events targeting protected groups
• Claims of superiority of one group over another
• Deliberate misgendering or deadnaming of individuals
• Inflammatory commentary intended to incite violence or hatred

Harassment and Bullying

Everyone deserves a harassment-free experience on Thada. We prohibit content that targets individuals, including actors, creators, or community members, with harassment, bullying, threats, sexual harassment, or derogatory language.

This includes sharing non-consensual intimate visual depictions (NCIVD), including AI-generated imagery. We remove such content immediately upon reporting and take severe action against accounts that share it.

Violent and Threatening Content

We do not allow:

• Threats to kill, harm, or commit assault against individuals or groups
• Content glorifying or promoting terrorism, violent extremism, or criminal organizations
• Content intended to radicalize or recruit for violent or extremist activities
• Graphic violent or gory content intended to shock, disgust, or glorify violence

Endangering Minors

The safety of minors is our highest priority. We strictly prohibit:

• Content that endangers, exploits, or sexualizes minors
• Content depicting violence against children
• Content promoting dangerous activities that could harm minors
• Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

If you encounter child sexual abuse material, report it immediately to compliance@Thada.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement.

Adult Nudity and Sexual Content

Thada does not allow sexually explicit content, including:

• Nudity or exposure of private body parts outside of appropriate context
• Depictions of sexual acts, sexual stimulation, or sexual objects
• Discussion of personal or celebrity sexual history without consent
• Links to pornographic, adult, or x-rated websites
• Solicitation for sexual acts, partners, or imagery

Promotion of Harmful Behavior

We care about the wellbeing of our community. Content that promotes suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, dangerous stunts, or substance abuse is not permitted. While we support sharing personal experiences to raise awareness and find support, content must not encourage or glorify harmful behaviors.

Content promoting dangerous health claims, anti-vaccination misinformation, or unproven medical advice is also prohibited.

Illegal Activity and Regulated Goods

Content that facilitates or promotes illegal activities is prohibited, including:

• Instructions for illegal activities
• Promotion of illegal drugs, unapproved pharmaceuticals, weapons, or explosives
• Content glorifying criminal activities or human trafficking
• Facilitation of fraud, scams, or financial crimes

False, Misleading, or Fraudulent Content

Thada values authenticity and honest discourse. We do not allow:

• Spreading misinformation or fabricating information about dramas, creators, or cast members
• Impersonating individuals, celebrities, creators, or organizations
• Manipulated media shared deceptively (deepfakes, misleadingly edited content)
• Spam, including over-frequent posts, automated posting, or engagement manipulation
• Selling or exchanging accounts
• Coordinated inauthentic behavior to manipulate ratings, reviews, or trending content

Privacy Violations

We take privacy seriously. Do not share personal information about others without their consent, including:

• Government-issued identification numbers (Social Security, passport numbers, IDs)
• Personal contact information (addresses, phone numbers, email addresses with passwords)
• Medical or financial information
• Residential information with identifying details

Intellectual Property

Thada respects intellectual property rights. Do not post content that infringes on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. This includes plagiarism, unauthorized use of images, music, or video content. Report copyright infringements to copyright@Thada.com.

Comments and Reviews Guidelines

Comments and reviews are an essential part of the Thada community experience. To maintain quality discussions:

• Stay On Topic: Keep comments and reviews focused on the drama, its content, cast, production quality, or related topics. Off-topic discussions should be avoided.
• Be Respectful: Disagree respectfully. Critique content, not people. Personal attacks on other users, actors, or creators are not tolerated.
• Be Honest: Share your genuine opinions. Do not manipulate ratings or post fake reviews.
• Spoiler Warnings: When discussing plot points that could spoil the experience for others, please include a spoiler warning.
• Follow Community Guidelines: All comments and reviews must comply with these Community Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal or account restrictions.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Community Guidelines, please report it immediately. You can report:

• Individual comments or reviews using the report button
• User profiles or accounts that violate our policies
• Content that endangers safety or violates the law

Enforcement

Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in:

• Content removal
• Temporary account restrictions (loss of commenting or reviewing privileges)
• Permanent account deactivation for severe or repeated violations
• Reporting to law enforcement when legally required

We reserve the right to take action on any content or account at our discretion to maintain a safe and welcoming community. Multiple violations will result in escalating consequences, up to and including permanent account termination.

We reserve the right to update these guidelines at any time. Continued use of Thada after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.

The examples of prohibited content and behavior provided in these guidelines are illustrative and not exhaustive. Thada reserves the right to moderate content that violates the spirit of these guidelines even if not explicitly listed.
